CLAREMORE — Lula Inez Coffey was born Feb. 20, 1911 in Farmersville, Texas to Nora and William Joseph Sparks. She passed away Aug. 4, 2012 in Claremore, Okla. at the age of 101 years, 5 months and 14 days.

Inez moved with her parents to Hannah in 1914 and then on to Erick in 1929. She was married to Alfus Milton Coffey at Sweetwater, Okla. on January 17, 1931. They lived in the Sweetwater community until February of 1949 when they moved to Erick, Oklahoma to make their home.

Inez was an ordained Assembly of God minister and was a member of the Sweetwater Assembly of God Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son, Ronnie Coffey, 4 brothers and 5 sisters.

Memorials may be made to Hope Hospice in Claremore, Okla.

She is survived by her Granddaughters, Glenda and Rickey Walden, Big Cabin, Okla.; Brenda and Ronnie Foshee, Sand Springs, Okla.; Ronna Kay and Paul Hatley, Claremore, Okla.; Daughter-In-Law, Levota Coffey, Claremore, Okla.; 7 Great Grandchildren, Aaron Walden, Traci Walden, Ryan Foshee, Laura Foshee, Tia Henson and husband, Dustin, Whitney Hildebrand, Matthew Hildebrand, 3 Great Great Grandchildren, Braden and Logan Henson, Ellie Rose Radcliffe, and a host of other relatives and friends.

Services will be 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 7, 2012 at the Sweetwater Assembly of God Church officiated by Rev. Steve Lowrance and Rev. Roger Waugh. Burial will be in Erick Cemetery under the direction of Rose Chapel Funeral Service, Sayre. Condolences can be made online at www.whineryfs.com.
