Survivors include her daughter, Jackie Gallahan and daughter-in-law Vivian Hudson, both of Spotsylvania; brother, Elis Coffey of Philadelphia; sister-in-law, Bessie Turner, of Mt. Airie; five grandchildren, Joey, Jerry, Philip, Jeremy and Johnathan; three great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. A graveside service was held Jan. 3 in Jonesboro Cemetery in Roseland. Memorials may be made to Medi Home Health and Hospice, 3302 Bourbon St. #2, Fredericksburg, VA 22408. Dora Mae Coffey and Harry S. "Bo" Hudson Jr. were married. Harry S. "Bo" Hudson Jr. was born on 13 April 1925 in Virginia. He served in the US Marine Corps. during WW2 and was the receipient of the Purple Heart. Harry died in Virginia on 27 August 1996 and was buried at Jonesboro Baptist Church Cemetery in Roseland, Nelson Co., VA in August 1996 .30344,30345 |
