Mrs. Coffey was born in Lyndhurst, May 21, 1893, daughter of the late George W. and Ozella Bridge Henderson. She retired in 1975 after 39 years as a registered nurse. Mrs. Coffey was a member of the Mountain View Mennonite Church. She is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Daisy Fitzgerald and Mrs. Charles (Marie) Quick, both of Lyndhurst; three nieces, eight great-nieces and nephews and one great-great-nephew. Mrs. Coffey was preceded in death by her husband, A. Paul Coffey. A funeral will be held at 3 p.m. Tuesday in the Mountain View Mennonite Church, conducted by the Rev. Roy Kiser, the Rev. Joe Esh and the Rev. Harold Eshelman, with burial in the church cemetery. Active pallbearers will be Ronnie Wright, Galen Campbell, Steve Bridge, Lawrence Campbell, William Hatter and Boyd Coffey. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 tonight in the Etter Funeral Home and also at the residence of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Quick. The casket will not be open in church. |
