Jack Lee Coffey and Norma Jean Beets were married on 14 December 1956 in Scott Co., TN.⁴¹⁹¹² Norma Jean Beets was born on 24 August 1935. Norma died in Knoxville, Knox Co., TN on 11 September 2008 and was buried at Litton Cemetery in Oneida, Scott Co., TN on 14 September 2008 .⁴¹⁹¹³

Norma Jean Coffey, 73, passed away September 11, 2008, at the UT Medical Center in Knoxville. Born August 24, 1935, she was preceded in death by her parents, Johnnie and Reba Beets; and her husband, Jack "Dago" Coffey.

She was an active member of Oneida Church of Christ, and she loved her church family. She was an industrial worker for most of her life at Hartco Flooring; and was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She loved to sew, and enjoyed the outdoors. She is survived by two daughters: Teresa Arthur and husband, Tommy, of New Bern, North Carolina, and Rita Phillips and husband, Chuckie, of Oneida; one brother, James Beets and wife, Wanda, of Oneida; special friend, Patsy Terry of Oneida; and many other relatives.

Funeral service was conducted September 14, in the chapel of Four Oaks Funeral Home of Oneida with Bro. Clifford Reel and Bro. Randy Neal officiating. Music was provided by Lon and Donna Whaley. Graveside service was conducted September 15, at Litton Cemetery.

Four Oaks Funeral Home of Oneida had charge of arrangements.
