Willard H. Coffey

A private service was held for Willard H. Coffey, who died April 1, 1998, at age 83.

Mr. Coffey was born Jan. 31, 1915, in Yakima. He had lived in the Portland area for 60 years. He was a boilermaker for Gunderson Inc. before retiring in 1979. He married Doris L. Hansen in 1942.

Survivors include his wife; sons, Craig of West Linn and Curt and Mark, both of Milwaukie; brothers, Clayton of Portland and Dick of Seaside; sister, Louella LaPolli of Modesto, Calif.; six grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

Interment was in Lincoln Memorial Park. The family suggests remembrances to a hospice.
