On 16 March 1893 Margaret was party to suit to gain title to deceased father's land in Boone, Watauga Co., NC.⁷⁷¹⁶ She lived with her son Hill in Watauga Twp., Watauga Co., NC on 6 February 1920. Margaret died of lobar pneumonia on 1 December 1931 at the age of 86 in Yadkin Valley, Caldwell Co., NC and was buried at Boone Fork Community Cemetery in Blowing Rock, Watauga Co., NC.^{7717,7718,7719,7720}

Thomas A. and was party to a suit to gain title to deceased brother's land had a son, David Nathaniel Coffey, born in Boone, Watauga Co., NC on 16 March 1893.²⁰⁷⁹ Thomas died on 5 April 1906 at the age of 71 in North Carolina and was buried at Boone Fork Community Cemetery in Blowing Rock, Watauga Co., NC.⁷⁷²⁶
