Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Mary Coffey; his stepmother, Mrs. Eunice Coffey; five daughters, Mrs. James Rose, Oxford, Ohio; Mrs. James Johnson, Mrs. Bill Cornelison, Miss Betsy Ann Coffey and Miss Wilma Jean Coffey; three sons, Preston, John Henry and Billy Coffey, Lancaster; one brother, Henry Coffey, Brookville, Ind.; four sisters, Mrs. Della Bullen, Boone; Mrs. Addie Powell and Mrs. Eddie Cope, Berea, and Mrs. Beulah Martin of Hamilton, Ohio; a half-sister, Miss Mary Coffey, Lancaster, and five half-brothers, Estill Coffey, Lexington, and Thomas, Oscar, Bluford and Edward Coffey, Lancaster. Funeral services will be conducted at the Hyattsville Baptist Church at 11 a.m. Wednesday by the Rev. James I. Smothers. Burial will be in the Scaffold Cane Cemetery in Rockcastle County. Pallbearers will be Walker Logan, Raymond Sparks, Leonard Gregg, Perry Rogers, John Nevuis and Logan Arnold.
