Celia Coffey and Hezekiah Curtis¹⁵⁹⁸ were married on 26 December 1833 in Wilkes Co., NC. They appeared in the census on 21 September 1850 in Wilkes Co., NC.¹⁶²⁶ They^¹⁶²⁶ appeared in the census on 15 June 1880 in Wilkesboro, Wilkes Co., NC.¹⁶²⁷

Laurence Coffey named the first child in this family as Larkin, and wrote that he was killed at Spotsylvania during the Civil War.

Hezekiah Curtis, son of Samuel Curtis and Susanna Cottrell, was born on 16 May 1810 in Wilkes Co., NC. He appeared in the census in 1840 in Wilkes Co., NC.¹⁶²⁸ He appeared in the census on 20 June 1900 in Wilkesboro, Wilkes Co., NC.¹⁶²⁹ Hezekiah died on 20 January 1901 at the age of 90 in Wilkes Co., NC and was buried at Mountain Park Cemetery in Wilkesboro, Wilkes Co., NC.¹⁶³⁰

1712	iv.	Julia Curtis was born on 26 January 1839 in Wilkes Co., NC. She lived with her father in Wilkesboro, Wilkes Co., NC on 20 June 1900. Julia died on 15 February 1901 at the age of 62 in Wilkes Co., NC and was buried at Mountain Park Cemetery in Wilkesboro, Wilkes Co., NC.¹⁶³²
