Cora Alice Sneed Coffey, 82, resident of Hamilton Ave., Lancaster, KY., died Sunday, Dec. 29, 2002 at Garrard Co. Memorial Hospital. Born July 6, 1920 in Adair Co., kY to the late John alford and Hattie Lee Scott Sneed. She was retired from National Casket Factor in Lancaster, KY and a member of the Church of the Nazarene. She was the widow of Carlos Coffey and also preceded in death by a daughter, Linda Faye Holtzclaw and a son, Carlos Wayne Coffey, also two brothers, Charles Henry and James Owen Sneed and one sister, Lorene Smith.

She is survived by two sons, David (Barbara) Coffey of Ft. Wright, KY and Eddie (Wanda) Coffee of Lancaster, KY; five grandchildren, Scott and Jagger Coffey, Jameson Holtzclaw, Greg Vickers and Dale Stacy, Five great grandchildren also survive.

Funeral services were held on Wednesday, January 1, 2003 at 1:30 p.m. at the Ramsey Funeral Home, officiated by Rev. David Young, Rev. Rodger Cambell and Rev. Daryl Hodge.

Burial was in the Fellowship Cemetery.

Active pallbearers are Jagger Coffey, Scott Coffey, Dale Stacy, Jerry Corbin, Glenn Corbin, Atwood Corbin, Jameson Holtzclaw and Greg Vickers.

Ramsey Funeral Home was in charge of funeral arrangements.
