Elmo Wilbur Coffey and Lydia Faye Medicine Elk were married. Lydia Faye Medicine Elk, daughter of James Medicine Elk and Jennie Black, was born on 10 February 1933 in Lincoln, Dewey Co., OK. Lydia resided with her parents in Lincoln, Dewey Co., OK on 27 April 1940. Lydia died in Oklahoma on 28 June 1968 and was buried at Indian Mennonite Cemetery in Canton, Blaine Co., OK in June 1968 .⁴⁴⁰²⁹

He was enrolled in school [placedetail] in Canton, Blaine Co., OK on 16 April 1962.⁴⁴⁰³³ Walter died in El Reno, Canadian Co., OK on 5 April 2016 and was buried at Indian Mennonite Cemetery in Canton, Blaine Co., OK on 7 April 2016 .⁴⁴⁰³⁴ Obituary Wake services for Walter Edward Coffey will be held at 7 p.m. Monday at the Concho Community Hall. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the Concho Community Hall with Revs. Gerald Panana and George Akeen officiating. Burial will follow in the Cantonment Cemetery. Services are under direction of Huber-Benson Funeral Home. Mr. Coffey died April 5 at his home in El Reno. He was born March 23, 1953, in Canton and graduated from Canton High School. He came to El Reno in 2013 from Seiling where he had lived since 1979. He was a member of Indian Baptist Church. He is survived by daughters, Jessica Wallowing Bull and Katrina Wallowing Bul[l].; sisters, Jennie Coffey and Gloria Coffey; eight grandchildren.

She was enrolled in school [placedetail] in Canton, Blaine Co., OK in 1962.⁴⁴⁰³⁵ Thelma died in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma Co., OK on 10 November 2014 and was buried at Cantonment Reinterment Cemetery in Canton, Blaine Co., OK in November 2014 .⁴⁴⁰³⁶ THELMA LOUISE MITCHELL, daughter of Elmo and Lydia (Medicine Elk) Coffey, was born March 3, 1955 at Clinton, OK. She departed this life November 10, 2014 at St. Anthony Hospital in Oklahoma City, OK at the age of 59 years. Thelma graduated from high school and later attended some college classes where she studied computer science and architecture. She also took courses to do income tax work. She has made her home in Oklahoma City with her family. She is survived by her daughter, Mary Sue Mitchell of Oklahoma City, her sons, Harry LaShane Coffey of Oklahoma City and Aaron Farrell Coffey of Seattle, WA, two sisters, Lynette Coffey of Watonga and Jennie Mae Coffey of El Reno and one brother, Walter Coffey of Watts, and James Medicine Elk and Dake Black who were like brothers to her. She is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many other relatives and friends. A visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. to noon on Wednesday, Dec. 3, 2014 with the memorial service at 2:00 p.m. all at the Seiling-Fonda Community Center in Seiling. Burial will be at a later date at Cantonment Cemetery.
