Samuel, age 29, and his family were also residents of his father's household in 1900. Samuel married Mary C., born May 1879. they had been married for seven years and had three children.

They appeared in the census on 20 April 1910 in Umatilla, Lake Co., FL.¹⁸⁶³¹ Mary C. Holton was born circa 1872 in Florida.
