Nathan Coffey

Buena Vista, VA., Feb. 11--Nathan Coffey, 86, died here Monday at the home of his daughter, Mrs. C. B. Sandidge. He is survived by three sons, McKinley Coffey, of Buena Vista; Hardy Coffey, of Forks of Buffalo, Va., and Clarence Coffey, of Covington; two daughters, Mrs. Sandidge and Mrs. Kern Mays, both of Concord, VA.; a brothers, Hugh Nelson Coffey, of Amherst, Va., and five sisters, Mrs. C. L. Ogden, Amherst; Mrs. Isaac Taylor, Lynchburg; Mrs. William Fitzgerald, Staunton; Mrs. Luther Taylor, Riverside, Va., and Mrs. Donald Grant, Roanoke; 18 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Funeral rites were held Wednesday at Amole Funeral Home with burial in Macedonia Church Cemetery, Amherst County.
