Rachel died on 28 January 1910 at the age of 59 in Yadkin Valley, Caldwell Co., NC and was buried at Harpers Chapel Cemetery in Patterson, Caldwell Co., NC.1509,2001 In the 1880 census for Caldwell Co., Patterson Twp., North Carolina, a Thomas Coffey, with wife Rachel is enumerated.
