1571. Henry Kelly "Caleb" Coffey⁵⁷⁶² was born on 24 August 1861 in Yadkin Valley, Caldwell Co., NC. He lived with his brother Leroy L. Gragg in Globe Twp., Caldwell Co., NC on 10 June 1880. Caleb died a stroke on 21 July 1911 at the age of 49 in Yadkin Valley, Caldwell Co., NC and was buried at Estes Cemetery No. 2 in Upton, Caldwell Co., NC.

Died of a stroke in 1911. Worked in apple orchard house when wife Sarah died in 1906. Put Dartha Jane, Josie Eleanor, and Herman Herbert all in OB Orphan House in Caldwell County, North Carolina following Sarah's death claiming he couldn't work and care for the youngest children at the same time. When Beeler learned where his sisters and brother were he took 2 of them out. The third was in process of getting married.

"Henry Kelly Coffey now there was a interesting person but I guess given the times he was about the average man from that area, after Sarah Died apparently he could not take care of 3 of the younger children ( and due to his new wife she would not care for these children ) those children including Dartha were put in a orphanage and no one ever told the older children where they were. On the day of Henry's funeral it was told where the children could be found so Beeler and a brother and their wives went to get the children and Dartha at abt the age of 14 was to be married, so that is what happened to her." Sarah Jane "Jane" Gragg⁵⁷⁶⁷ was born on 6 January 1867 in Yadkin Valley, Caldwell Co., NC. Jane died of pneumomia and influenza on 2 June 1906 at the age of 39 in Globe Twp., Caldwell Co., NC and was buried at Estes Cemetery No. 2 in Upton, Caldwell Co., NC.

Henry Kelly "Caleb" Coffey and Julia Emma Stansberry were married in March 1906 in Yadkin Valley, Caldwell Co., NC.⁵⁷⁷¹ Julia Emma Stansberry, daughter of Joshua Senter Stansberry and Mary L. Brown, was born circa 1874 in Watauga Co., NC. She lived with her parents in Meat Camp Twp., Watauga Co., NC on 5 June 1880.⁵⁷⁷² Julia died in Yadkin Valley, Caldwell Co., NC after 25 October 1909.
